help advertisers - what is the role of an advertiser and a shipper?
- Advertiser: anyone that has an item to ship (for example: furniture, large boxes, vehicle, items bought on an online marketplace) can post a shipment request on ShipPal that describes the shipment. By posting the shipment request, the ‘advertiser’ is soliciting price quotes from shipping companies (‘shippers’) that are able to ship the item.
- Shipper: a shipper is a shipping company that is registered on ShipPal. Every shipper can send his price quote to ship posted items and negotiate the terms directly with the advertiser.
- The ShipPal marketplace facilitates the connection of and communication between advertisers and shippers.
