help advertisers - how to communicate with a shipper
- To communicate with a shipper, you first need to login with your ShipPal advertiser account.
- Once logged in, you will see an overview of your pending shipment ads, as well as the price quotes provided by shippers to you.
- On each of your ads, you will see all the correspondence. Here, you click on the envelope icon to further communicate with the shipper of your choice. To know more about the shipper, you can click on the green icon and check the Infopage of the shipper.
